Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Procurement Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) at Yadea Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, evaluating supplier performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to meet quality and cost objectives is a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, the candidate will be required to analyze procurement data and market trends to optimize procurement strategies.

Qualifications
  • Experience with purchase orders and procurement processes
  • Strong skills in supplier evaluation and relationship management
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Proven analytical skills to assess procurement data and market trends
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required, coupled with effective communication in English
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience within an international or multicultural business context is a plus
