Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1.Manage the full procurement process of relevant materials to ensure on-time delivery for projects.

2.Source high-quality suppliers, expand the supplier resource pool, and execute targeted procurement & supplier development strategies.

3.Oversee international customs clearance, incoming inspection and inventory management of materials. Monitor industry trends and price fluctuations to identify potential risks in advance.

4.Support end-to-end supplier lifecycle management, and implement supplier evaluation and management standards in terms of quality, delivery, cost and service.

5.Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above; major related to tobacco is preferred. Proficient in English for work purposes; willing to take frequent or long-term business trips.

2.At least 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement and supplier development in the industry.

3.Competencies: Proficient in the full workflow of supplier sourcing, business negotiation, contract signing and material delivery control. Possess basic risk assessment and cross-department collaboration skills, and be able to work under pressure.

4.Preferred: Familiar with flavor & fragrance materials and relevant procurement work; with overseas supplier resources and supplier development experience.
