职位描述:

1. 负责印尼国家采购,包括但不限于市场、零售、物流和行政品类的采购项目,搭建并持续优化国家采购流程和管理制度;

2. 负责为各品类业务建设优质供应商资源库,保障所有需求能够高效落地,持续进行效率、成本和质量的优化,支撑业务落地;

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Indonesian procurement, including but not limited to procurement projects in the market, retail, logistics, and administrative categories, establishing and continuously optimizing procurement processes and management systems;

2. Responsible for building a high-quality supplier resource library for various categories of business, ensuring that all requirements can be efficiently implemented, continuously optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality, and supporting business implementation;

职位要求:

1. 本科及以上学历,英语听说读写能力较好,可作为工作语言,具备印尼本地语言能力,能够和供应商畅通交流;

2. 5年以上采购工作经验,拥有非生产采购相关品类采购经验优先;

3. 具备良好的采购思维和逻辑,工作严谨,思路清晰,内控意识强,有强烈的目标感和责任心;

4. 积极进取,适应能力强,正直诚信,具备良好的沟通和连接能力,有较强的理解和执行力;

5. 能适应互联网快节奏,心态开放,学习能力强。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, can be used as a working language, possess local Indonesian language proficiency, and be able to communicate smoothly with suppliers;

2. More than 5 years of procurement work experience, with priority given to non production procurement related category procurement experience;

3. Possess good procurement thinking and logic, rigorous work, clear thinking, strong internal control awareness, and a strong sense of goal and responsibility;

4. Proactive, adaptable, honest and trustworthy, with good communication and connection skills, strong understanding and execution ability;

5. Be able to adapt to the fast pace of the Internet, have an open mind and strong learning ability.
