Responsibilities :
Responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring all purchasing activities; developing procurement strategies, including pricing strategies, to ensure availability of goods, materials, and services as planned, and meeting standards (Quality, safety, Halal, and all regulatory requirements), compliance, and cost optimization. Develop and lead Business to Business (B2B) or toll manufacturing plans and strategies to ensure smooth operations and increased company profitability.
Main Accountanbilities:
- Work with functional managers to understand their current and anticipated demand for corporate goods, services, and materials; as well as leading and controlling purchasing activities (administration, quotation, negotiation, delivery, and other conditions as required) to ensure the purchasing process runs smoothly and is appropriate in terms of quantity, quality, delivery, and costs.
- Establish cost standards, annual material cost budgets, and Purchase Price Variance(PPV), as well as develop cost effectiveness initiatives, in order to ensure procurement costs are effective, efficient, and within budget.
- Evaluate and select suppliers to ensure that all materials are in compliance with quality, halal, and all current GxP requirements, as well as to ensure supply reliability and stability, and negotiate terms for major purchases to obtain competitive pricing, and also funding alternate resource.
- Analyse and evaluate external price trends and the new product offering to identify opportunities to reduce overall purchasing cost.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Any Major preferably from Pharmacist
- Minimum 5 years experience in purchasing field in managerial level
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Ability to effectively direct and supervise
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Have good analytical thinking, Strategic thinking, negotiation, decision making & problem solving
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
