Role Summary:

The Procurement Manager will implement sourcing strategies for General Contractor, Construction, Long Lead Equipment procurement and collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce risks and costs. Additionally, you will drive results through methods that include competitive bidding, negotiating, and analysing data and market trends for your category. You will support procurement functions including procurement strategies, vendor management, contract management, cost saving and negotiations. You also shall understand the overall business strategy and ensure all procurement activities and initiatives meet the needs of our business. The Procurement Manager will manage the procurement process for our proposed data centers in Indonesia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Identifying and vetting suppliers for, power systems (UPS, generators) hardware (servers, storage), software, HVAC, and construction maintenance operation services.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiates and managing end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) and tender processes. Securing favourable terms, pricing, and long-term contracts for large-scale procurements.
• Supplier Management: Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance.
• Cost & Risk Management: Analyzing market trends, managing budgets, identifying savings, and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with technical, construction, finance, operations, and legal teams.
• Data & Reporting: Maintaining procurement data, tracking spend, and reporting on savings and performance.

Qualification and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical), Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• Senior roles require 8+ years of procurement experience, experience in the data center infrastructure, construction, and mission-critical environments, telecommunications, or EPC industries will be advantageous.
• Strong background in supply chain, procurement, or engineering.
• Experience with capital expenditure (CAPEX) procurement and project management.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and a deep understanding of economics and technical standards.
• Strong commercial acumen, cross-regional collaboration skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure project timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
