What you will do:

• Develop procurement strategies through spend analysis to optimize cost, efficiency, and value creation.
• Build procurement initiative pipeline aligned with assigned commodity categories.
• Oversee procurement transaction within assigned commodity and initiate improvements to eliminate redundancy and inefficiency.
• Drive and achieve agreed cost-saving targets.
• Develop team capabilities and competencies to support current and future procurement activities.
• Manage the Source-to-Pay process and ensure alignment with the organization SLAs.
• Ensure proper and timely procurement documentation as per internal procurement policies and procedures.
• Build relationship with business users to ensure early procurement involvement

What you will need:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 8 years experience in procurement roles.
• Proven exposure to relevant commodity sourcing activities is a must.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving..
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a technology-driven environment is preferred.
