What you will do:
- Develop procurement strategies through spend analysis to optimize cost, efficiency, and value creation.
- Build procurement initiative pipeline aligned with assigned commodity categories.
- Oversee procurement transaction within assigned commodity and initiate improvements to eliminate redundancy and inefficiency.
- Drive and achieve agreed cost-saving targets.
- Develop team capabilities and competencies to support current and future procurement activities.
- Manage the Source-to-Pay process and ensure alignment with the organization SLAs.
- Ensure proper and timely procurement documentation as per internal procurement policies and procedures.
- Build relationship with business users to ensure early procurement involvement
What you will need:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 years experience in procurement roles.
- Proven exposure to relevant commodity sourcing activities is a must.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving..
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience working in a technology-driven environment is preferred.
