Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and organising purchase documents such as purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier quotations.
  • Track and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
  • Support the team in collecting and verifying payment documents.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.
  • Basic understanding of procurement or administrative processes is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
