Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Procurement F&B, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Staff Procurement F&B will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and timely availability of food and beverage items. Additionally, the responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with other departments to meet procurement needs while maintaining cost efficiency. Ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations will also be a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Food Service, Food & Beverage, and Culinary Skills to ensure the quality and suitability of goods procured
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
• Proficiency in inventory management and understanding of procurement processes
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to ensure cost-effective and value-added procurement solutions
• Familiarity with food safety standards and local regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Food Services, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
