Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for data center construction and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for MEP, civil, electrical, mechanical, and critical equipment packages.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Conduct commercial negotiations to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery requirements.
- Manage tendering, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and purchase order execution.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, project schedules, and budget requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international vendors.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, finance, and construction teams to support project execution.
- Monitor supplier performance and mitigate procurement risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related functions, with experience at Manager, Senior Manager, or Procurement Expert level.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Data Center projects (design, construction, commissioning, or operations procurement).
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor management.
- Proven experience handling high-value procurement packages for mission-critical facilities.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Experience working with multinational companies or international EPC/General Contractors is highly preferred.
- Willing to travel for business trips across project sites in Indonesia as required.
