Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related major
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement; experience in a beauty clinic is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Odoo and Accurate (or similar systems)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with vendors

Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement activities for General Affairs needs, including office supplies, production house requirements, clinic supplies
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective and timely purchasing
• Monitor deliveries and ensure purchased items meet quality and specification requirements
• Manage procurement records, supplier databases, and related documentation
• Support budget monitoring, reporting, and administrative tasks for the Procurement Supervisor
