Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, Purchase Order creation, and assisting in contract management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare procurement reports for management review
• Employees must be able to use or operate SAP Module (Material Management)

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience preferred
• Proven experience in operational procurement sourcing for Spare part & Machine
• Fluent in English (written and speaking), Mandarin language skills are a strong plus
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
