Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related professions.

Good skill in Microsoft tools, eg. Excel, power point and proficient in appropriate software.

Critical thinking and Strong procurement business negotiation ability and supplier management ability.
Min. 3 Years of procurement experience in lithium batteries or automotive related fields, Familiar with the automotive manufacturing process and battery material production process, and understand the process and process and cost structure of related parts.
Strong project management ability and communication and coordination ability, with the ability to identify risks and solve problems independently.

Job Descriptions :
Interpretation of overseas regulations;
Prepare and process all material plans and ensure compliance to all purchasing policies and assist to buy all supplies and equipment's.
Tracking of the progress of overseas localization of categories;
Process and collect data of suppliers in terms of price, readiness and accuracy of delivery and quality of goods they offer as data to conduct supplier selection.
Overseas project management: localization requirements, dimensions, time nodes, material verification, etc.;
Category localization procurement management (direct and indirect procurement);
Overseas supplier management, overseas category strategy summary support and customer R&R negotiation.
Prepare and process yearly supplier assessment for next project with the user.
