  • Examine and analyze Purchase Requests via the Coupa system for completeness, accuracy, and category segmentation.
  • Liaise with departments to clarify or complete information and determine appropriate processing methods.
  • Identify and select vendors based on price, quality, quantity, delivery date, and payment terms.
  • Place orders and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Prepare and conduct tender processes including issuing invitations, reviewing RFPs, and evaluating quotations.
  • Create comparison sheets and price analyses; manage all related documentation.
  • Monitor expenditures and negotiate best prices for company purchases.
  • Supervise Buyers and ensure timely submission of weekly and quarterly procurement reports.
  • Provide input and corrections to SOPs; ensure implementation and adherence to procurement procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as Procurement Buyer in financial industry is a must.
  • Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills.
  • Proactive, meticulous, multitasking, and initiative-driven.
  • Skilled in preparing and analyzing technical specifications and tenders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa & English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
