  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior management and act as a trusted advisor on procurement matters.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze business needs and spending patterns to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; negotiate favorable contracts; and manage long-term supplier relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure smooth and compliant procurement operations.
  • Risk & Performance Management: Monitor supplier performance and ensure procurement activities align with company policies and legal standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply analytical and decision-making skills to resolve procurement challenges and adapt to changing business priorities.

Specifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, supply chain management, or finance.
  • Significant experience in sourcing and procurement, typically 5 years or more.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and managing supplier agreements.
  • Solid understanding of procurement principles and processes.
