Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of company assets, particularly IT assets, including planning, procurement, recording, monitoring, and disposal. The position is established following OJK audit findings to strengthen asset governance, ensure compliance, improve data accuracy, and enhance cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Acquisition

  • Develop annual Asset Requirement Plan (RKA) based on business needs.
  • Manage procurement processes (tender and quotation) ensuring transparency and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely asset registration prior to distribution.
  • Conduct periodic vendor evaluations.

Asset Administration & Control

  • Establish and implement asset management policies with Finance & Accounting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely asset recording, including value, location, and classification.
  • Implement asset tagging and maintain detailed asset database (specifications, serial number, etc.).
  • Perform regular reconciliation with Finance to ensure data accuracy.

Monitoring & Lifecycle Management

  • Conduct periodic physical asset verification (stock opname).
  • Manage asset transfers across users and locations.
  • Evaluate and recommend disposal of obsolete or non-performing assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement and/or asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and asset lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., OJK) is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High integrity and accountability.
