Responsibilities:
- Review and initiate bidding and quotation processes upon receiving approved Purchase Requisitions, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Consult with users and external parties to develop technical specifications, prepare bidding documents, monitor bidding processes, conduct bid analyses, and provide recommendations on vendor selection.
- Coordinate with vendors, users, legal, finance, tax, and other relevant functions to support the preparation and establishment of contract agreements that align with company interests and compliance requirements.
- Manage and execute pre bidding processes, including but not limited to collecting the quotation, arranging bidding/price analysis, finding reliable sources to supply goods and services, and contact vendors to obtain information on price quality and delivery.
- Develop, monitor and update vendor database including market research to provide comprehensive list of vendors.
- Coach and improve local vendors procurement capability and quality so that local vendors can participate in professional bidding process.
- Monitor and evaluate vendors based on their performance on quality, price, delivery and service periodically to develop vendor's report performance.
- Develop and analyze data on procurement expenditures and effectiveness to support strategic sourcing decisions and drive continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement area, preferably from Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries
Relevant certifications:
- Certified International Purchasing Professional (CIPP)
- Certified International Professional Negotiator (CIPN)
- Certified International Supply Chain Professional (CISCP)
- PTK 007 and Certified supply chain professional is preferable
Working Schedule & Point of Assignment:
- Normal working schedule (Work from Office & Work from Home available).
- Located at the Jakarta Office
