Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Admin Intern to support our procurement and purchasing activities. This role will assist in handling administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery updates
- Support price comparisons and basic vendor evaluation
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Warehouse) regarding procurement needs
- Assist in invoice matching (PO, DO, Invoice) before submission to Finance
- Maintain proper filing of contracts, agreements, and procurement documents
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills for vendor and internal coordination
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
