Processing Technician

PTETI located in Sidoarjo East Java. The company process wet-blue into high quality finished leather. We are currently seeking passionate individual to fill as Processing Technician role.

Leather Process Specialization

As a Processing Technician at PT ECCO Tannery Indonesia, you will work as leather technical specialist, hand in hand to create and improve leather with high end quality level. You will gain experiences with leather troubleshoot, process adjustment, color matching and chemical mixing. Making sure the result achieve the accurate standard by attentive to the quality standards.

This role required attention to details, creative thinking and problem solving, and passion as the driven backbone.

Your role will be including, but not limited to :

• Identify specification leather result and apply corrective action in processing
• Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency in texture and color
• Monitor process for improvement opportunities including adjusting the machine setting
• Troubleshoot issue related to finishing process
• Collaborate with Production team to achieve efficiency and delivery target
• And ensure compliance with safety & environmental standards

Requirements :

• Having educational background Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry major
• Familiar with chemical and industrial process
• Having experiences in color matching would be preferred
• Creative thinking and creative problem solving, attention to details with strong quality control skills
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in Business English
