Responsibilities
- Support new project onboarding until to implementation
- Developing SOP/WI/PL of transport new project and delivering to team member.
- Work closely with transport operational to determine their pain point in current process and translate it into system requirement
- Liaise with internal team (IT, Operational Excellence, and Transport Operational) to initiate transport continuous improvement.
- Initiate idea of transport transformation, both in process improvement and cost saving initiative.
- Lead transport process audit, transport training and development to operational team member.
Requirements
- Experience 1-2 year in logistic especially transport operational.
- Bachelor's degree in reputable university (Logistics or Technology field preferred).
- Strong in data analysis and process flow mapping.
- Ability to communicate with ground level as well as management level.
- Open mindset, fast learner, and bring a lot of new idea of improvement.
- Automation project support experience will be added advantage.
