Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing & ensuring the quality inspection process
  • Conduct daily, weekly & monthly quality inspection process to maintain product & process standard
  • Perform problem analysis, propose corrective actions, and make quality-related judgments.
  • Conduct audits based on 5M1E principles (Man, Machine, Measurement, Method, Material & Environment).
  • Operate tools measurement instruments for first article inspection activities.
  • CCTV Monitoring, Inspection process and follow up on non-conformity products to ensure timely improvement and preventive measures.
  • Carry out inspections for new factory construction, project development, and project release.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Production, Maintenance Departments & Etc.
  • Prepare data summaries and generate inspection reports in an accurate and timely manner.
