  • Identify and champion high-impact improvement initiatives across all warehouse and related processes to drive productivity, reduce operational costs, and elevate service quality in alignment with business strategies within the project period.
  • Analyze the cost-benefit of proposed initiatives in a structured, quantitative manner to secure operational buy-in and formal approvals from Management.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end process improvement projects, including defining project scope, creating detailed plans, and managing strict project timelines.
  • Identify, develop, and deploy continuous improvement programs that support the warehouse operations strategic direction, ensuring scalability across the business system.
  • Drive the implementation, adoption, and continuous refinement of standardized end-to-end processes across the warehouse operations team within the defined project timelines.
  • Analyze and benchmark internal and external market practices to build strategic plans that optimize cycle times and improve buyer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative analyses on current warehouse workflows to generate valuable, data-driven insights that support decision-making.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse operations team to ensure smooth execution of improvement plans and evaluate potential operational gains.
  • Lead and facilitate structured training sessions for onsite teams on continuous improvement methodologies, specifically Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by leadership to support warehouse agility and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial), Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or other quantitative-based majors.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in process improvement, strategy, business development, management consulting, or business strategy, preferably within a warehouse, logistics, manufacture setting.
  • Proven experience with Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma implementations, preferably within an e-commerce or large-scale warehouse environment.
  • Strong technical command of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and MS Access for data organization and process modeling.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into structured, actionable business strategies.
