Job Description:

  • Develop operational excellence strategy and implementation plan in line with company's objectives
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives implementation which leads to Service-Level Agreement (SLA) improvements, quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reduction
  • Accountable for maintaining and developing Operations System (i.e Fleet Management System) to support operations
  • Experience in managing operations performance in terms of visibility and data readiness to support operation improvement and decision making
  • Ensure regular Operation Quality Assessment are done and to work with operations to improve the quality
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions for operations are available and updated according to the latest process change


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Logistics Express/Warehouse Company as an Operations Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement
  • Prior experience and familiar with Process Improvement (lean, six sigma green belt preferred), project management, and financial analysis
  • Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Expert facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders
  • Lead by example and hands-on leadership style who can implement operation solution in the floor
  • Understand and having experiences on implementing and improving Transport/Fleet Management System (TMS/FMS)
  • Willing to be placed in North Jakarta and travel to other areas/regions
