Process Improvement Internship

Job Descriptions:

  1. Assisting in drafting SOP and Working instruction based on draft from Process Owner.
  2. Assisting PI to create Quarterly Process Improvement Report.
  3. Assisting PI to check SOP compliance or counting lead time process for specific BU in Cabang.
  4. Handle administration and adhoc task such as: update SOP list, write Meeting MoM, data collection through dashboard, survey, or based on field observation.

Requirements:

  1. Fresh Graduate or last year University Student
  2. Management, Teknik Industri are welcomed.
  3. Communicative and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  4. Detail oriented, well organized, high responsibility to finish the task within specific deadline.
  5. Strong willingness and eagerness to learn something new
  6. High mobility, willing to do extra miles e.g. visit cabang with PI (if needed).
  7. Able to create detailed business process flow with supporting tools such as Visio and Draw.io
  8. Mandatory to have Ms. Visio in Laptop
  9. Ms. Excel skill: Vlookup, Pivot table, data visualization
  10. PPT creation and slide animation skill
