Job Description

About the Role

Identifying and evaluating current processes to pinpoint areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and potential for improvement. Developing and implementing new or modified processes that address identified issues.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, communicate process changes, and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Guiding teams through the transition to new processes, providing training and support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with relevant software (macro vba excel) & Phyton will be a plus point.
