About the Role
Identifying and evaluating current processes to pinpoint areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and potential for improvement. Developing and implementing new or modified processes that address identified issues.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, communicate process changes, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Guiding teams through the transition to new processes, providing training and support as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with relevant software (macro vba excel) & Phyton will be a plus point.
