Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve yield, efficiency, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and lead root cause investigations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma tools.
• Support product trials, process validation, and implementation of new technologies.
• Analyze process data and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Chemical Engineering
• Min 4 years of process engineer/production/continuous improvement in manufacturing industry.
• Strong in digitalization tools (Power BI & AVEVA)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
• Fluent in English (written and speaking)
