[Process Engineer]
- According to the development plan of the factory, design the product process flow, write the process documents, be responsible for the design and development of the equipment and process fixtures for production, and perform the evaluation of equipment capability and optimization analysis;
- Output four major documents of the production process, such as process design specification, FMEA, SOP, control plan, failure mode, etc.
- Ensure the smooth introduction of product production and ensure that the process documents are strictly implemented in all production links under controlled conditions;
- Solve various process-related problems in the production process and analyze and improve them;
- Research, develop, and improve the production technology of the factory, enhance the level of the factory's technology, ensure production under lean conditions, and use technology to guarantee product quality and efficiency goals;
- Design the technical requirements for the tooling and jigs, and track their production to ensure the smooth production of the products;
- Participate in the production line and equipment development, write the debugging and layout of the production line equipment, and ensure the smooth progress of production.
[IE Engineer]
- According to the company's continuous improvement and TPS management needs, carry out production line improvement, production line rhythm statistics, establish database management and other work to reduce costs, improve production line efficiency and ensure product quality;
- Establish product standard working hours and regularly update labor costs for capacity analysis and modification;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to solve production anomalies, and follow up on the results of the measures taken to solve the anomalies;
- Participate in the trial production of new products, timely formulate the work instruction documents required by the production line, and follow up on the implementation of the production line;
- Establish production equipment capacity load analysis data and implement improvement plans.
Requirements
- English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;
- 1-3 years of experience;
- Bachelor degree, education major is electrical Engineering, mechanical Engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, etc.
