Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes specifically for EV Charger production.
Support production line setup, process validation, and mass production ramp-up for EV Charger products.
Design and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide effective technical solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure stable manufacturing operations.
Conduct cycle time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and process capability analysis.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in EV Charger, Power Electronics, EV Components, Electronics Manufacturing, EMS, or Automotive Manufacturing.
Experience in EV Charger assembly processes, production line setup, or New Product Introduction (NPI) is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or manufacturing engineering software is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English, can Mandarin is point plus
