Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of product manufacturing processes and prepare related process technical documentation.
- Lead the design, development, tracking, and validation review of tooling and fixtures.
- Participate in capacity planning and production line balancing analysis, and support the optimization of production line layout.
- Support equipment selection evaluation, manufacturing capability assessment, and process reviews during the product development stage.
- Participate in the development of automated production line simulation and digital process simulation.
- Lead new process validation and analyze as well as resolve process-related issues during trial production and mass production, with continuous improvement and knowledge accumulation.
- Undertake research and development tasks related to new process technologies.
- Implement the company's information security management policies and requirements, and monitor and report any violations.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;
- 3-5 years of experience;
- Bachelor degree, education major is mechatronics, vehicle engineering, electronic information engineering
