Working closely with PE Manager in identifying client needs and how their request will impact the plan and coordinate effectively to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Acts as Project Planner who will take charge from scheduling of allocated resources, monitoring daily project execution, to delivering output as required by the project.
Liaise with other PE team members regarding to issues in SHL services and other related operation.
Utilizing office 365 and/or other online application to enhance project execution & delivery (for example: create dashboard to monitor project delivery or using mail merge to speed up administrative task).
Ensuring that all deliverables of project are finished on time (including BAST, etc.)
Actively involved in effective data handling of the project to enhance positive business impact.
Take the role of person in charge for online assessment platform, including providing guidance to assessment participant or clients related to online assessment operation.
Ad-hoc assignments or improvement projects as assigned by the Management
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates with at least 2-3 years of solid experience in similar capacity or have working experience in talent assessment and People development will be highly preferred.
Graduated from Psychology or Human Resources Management will be highly preferred.
Experienced on delivering project and work closely with various client needs.
Strong capability in utilizing various IT tools, such as Office 365 suite , or other application which support project delivery (for example: planner, Trello, or others).
Experienced as tech company help desk or customer service will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Collaborative, eager to help others.
Well-versed in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong planning & execution skills.
Eager to create new ideas and share improvement actions.
Energetic, positive can-do attitude, adept to fast-pace environment, able to work under deadlines.
