Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Printer Technician located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Printer Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for printers and desktop computers. This includes troubleshooting printer issues, repairing printers and desktop computers, and ensuring that all equipment is running at optimal levels.

Responsibilities

• Handle officejet, laserjet, tank, deskjet printer & computer repairs
• Handle complaints and fix user problems
• Installing the printer network on the user's device
• Support printer, cartridge, and toner repairs
• Delivering goods (Printers & Toners) so that they arrive well in the hands of users

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of printers and desktop computers
• Experience in installation and managing PaperCut software
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Minimum high school or vocational school education and preferably in a related field (networking/computers)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same field
