Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead technical programs from planning through launch and post-launch review.
Coordinate product, engineering, business, and legal teams.
Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress.
Communicate updates and key decisions to senior leadership.
Help scale operations and support launches in new countries.

Requirements

Experience managing technical programs with software engineering teams.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver launches end to end.
Technical understanding of software architecture and design decisions.
Experience coordinating with international teams across time zones.
Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
