Engage with enterprise clients to understand business and technical challenges and translate business needs into technology solutions
Lead technical discussions, demos, and POCs to support pre-sales engagements
Design and implement end-to-end solutions across cloud, APIs, platform ecosystems, OSS/BSS, digital platforms, fintech, and customer experience domains
Translate solutions into clear business value, including ROI, scalability, and speed-to-market
Partner with sales teams to shape, position, and win deals
Drive client engineering initiatives including POCs, accelerators, and innovation showcases
Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery with proper governance and alignment
Advocate for platform-first and reusable solution approaches
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Product Heads)
Mentor engineering teams and build architecture capability within the region
Person Specification
12+ years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise architecture / software engineering
Strong domain expertise in Telecom (OSS/BSS), Digital Platforms, or Fintech ecosystems
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API ecosystems
Proven experience in client-facing roles, pre-sales, and consulting engagements
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
Ability to drive complex, multi-country client engagements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
