Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Collaborate with Silicon Validation and Characterization teams to gather, analyze, and understand test requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks, including supporting software and firmware for silicon validation.
• Perform validation activities on FPGA platforms (pre-silicon) and silicon devices, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues.
• Design and implement Python and LabVIEW-based automation solutions for bench test equipment to support silicon validation and characterization activities.
• Drive project execution by managing schedules, coordinating deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders when serving in a Program Manager role.
• Ensure efficient test coverage, data collection, and reporting to support product quality and performance objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation methodologies, automation frameworks, and testing processes.
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 13+ years of experience with microcontrollers and SoC (System-on-Chip) products.
• Strong experience in bench characterization of Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal IPs.
• Hands-on expertise with laboratory equipment, including SMUs, DMMs, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
• Proficiency in C, Python, and LabVIEW programming languages; LabVIEW experience is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of voltage regulators, reference circuits, and precision measurement techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
