Principal Consultant - Core Banking

Purpose of the Role: As Principal Consultant, you will bring deep expertise in core banking systems and products to lead consulting engagements within the banking sector. This is an independent contributor role, ideal for professionals who provide strategic insight, hands-on experience, and high-value recommendations across multiple core banking modules, while ensuring alignment with client objectives, industry best practices, and Indonesian banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advisory to banking clients in the area of deposit/lending/loan product strategy, operations, and process improvement.
• Lead business requirement analysis and solution design aligned with the deposit/lending/loan product lifecycle.
• Offer recommendations and guidance on core banking system configuration and enhancements for deposit modules.
• Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and discussions with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Stay informed on relevant regulations, industry trends, and system best practices within the deposit domain.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes independently while maintaining proactive communication with client teams.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the banking domain with a strong focus on deposit or loan or lending products, operations, or system consulting, including hands-on experience with core banking platforms, particularly in deposit-related modules.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage complex work independently.
• Experience in leading or managing work streams is a plus.
• Willing to travel domestically as needed to support project execution and client engagement.
