Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education (PGSD/PGMI).
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level, preferably in Upper Primary grades.
- Experience teaching Upper Primary students and handling their academic and developmental needs.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
- Creative, patient, and student-centered teaching approach.
- Able to integrate Islamic values into daily teaching and learning.
- Collaborative and open to professional development.
- Available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Upper Primary students aligned with the curriculum.
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor, assess, and document students academic and character development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership.
- Support students academic, social, emotional, and moral development.
- Prepare students to develop independence, critical thinking, and confidence as they progress to higher levels of education.
