Primary Homeroom Teacher - 6 Months Contract

Contract: 6-month maternity leave cover

Start Date: November 2026

Location: Sekolah Cikal Lebak Bulus (South Jakarta)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience teaching elementary/primary students.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Able to design and facilitate engaging, student-centered learning experiences.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a diverse school community.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about supporting children's holistic development.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered learning experiences for elementary students.
• Serve as the main point of contact for students and their families throughout the academic year.
• Support students academic, social, and emotional development.
• Develop a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and independence.
• Collaborate with co-teachers, subject teachers, and other members of the school community.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students learning and development.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide meaningful feedback.
