Job Description

Job Responsibility

Curriculum Planning: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, integrating play-based learning.
Classroom Management: Create a nurturing environment, manage behavior, and promote positive interactions.
Assessment: Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents.
Parent Communication: Communicate with parents about their child's development and conduct parent-teacher meetings.
Health and Safety: Ensure children's safety and follow health and safety guidelines.
Professional Development: Participate in workshops, training, and continue education in early childhood trends.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, reports, and attend staff meetings and planning sessions.

Job Requirements

Preference will be given to individuals holding a certificate in Early Childhood Education.
Demonstrated experience working with young children, ideally in a comparable position.
Fresh grads also can apply
Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Possession of an energetic, nurturing, and adaptable disposition.
Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
