Presales & Students Outreach Specialist

Arrowster Indonesia is hiring!

We're looking for a Presales & Student Outreach Specialist to be the first trusted voice for students and parents exploring study abroad.

In this role, you'll speak with prospective students and parents through WhatsApp, phone, email, and social channels, understand their goals and study preferences, maintain clean CRM records, and follow up with care, structure, and consistency.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in presales, telemarketing, education consulting, or a client-facing role
• Fluent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English
• Strong empathy, especially when speaking with students and anxious parents
• Fast, responsive, detail-oriented, and disciplined with CRM updates
