We're Hiring | Presales & Solution Consultant – Telco Domain
Enhancesys is looking for an experienced Presales / Solution Consultant / Solution Architect to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia – Work from Office / Customer Site
Experience: 7–15 years
Contract: 1-year contract
Joining: Immediate start preferred
What we're looking for:
We are seeking professionals with strong experience in Telecom Service Provider (Telco) environments, who can bridge business requirements and technical solutions while working closely with customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
• Understand, analyze and document functional & technical requirements
• Design practical and technically sound solutions
• Act as a key customer-facing representative
• Lead requirement and business process discussions with stakeholders
• Conduct regular customer and internal team meetings
• Prepare solution documents, reports and presentations
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Product and Delivery teams
• Identify customer requirements that can be translated into product enhancements
Key Skills:
• Telecom Service Provider / Telco experience – Mandatory
• Presales / Solution Architecture / Business Analysis
• BSS / Sales & Distribution / Incentive & Commission platforms – Advantage
• REST APIs & Web Services
• SDLC
• Database knowledge – MongoDB, Oracle or PostgreSQL
• UNIX-based environments
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
Qualification: Engineering Degree / MSc (Computer Science) / MCA
