This role sits at the intersection of credit risk, analytics, and client engagement. You will work closely with financial institutions to understand their credit risk challenges and support the design of practical, data‑driven solutions. You'll partner with Sales and Delivery teams, helping translate business and risk requirements into clear solution approaches particularly during pre‑sales, solution discussions, and proposal stages.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
- Experience in credit risk within banking, fintech, or financial services
- Background in client‑facing roles (consulting, analytics, pre‑sales, or solution advisory)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable preparing client materials in PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytical, structured problem‑solver
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings (local / regional)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to credit scoring or decision engine platforms
- Experience supporting pre‑sales or solution design
- Background from risk consulting, analytics teams, or fintech vendors
What You'll Do
- Engage with banks, fintechs, and financial services clients to understand their credit risk processes and challenges
- Support pre‑sales and solution discussions, including discovery sessions and client workshops
- Analyse current credit risk practices and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Help shape solution approaches, proposals, and RFP responses
- Design and deliver client‑ready presentations using clear storytelling and visual insights
- Act as a subject‑matter advisor during solution discussions (not direct selling)
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from pre‑sales to implementation
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders across risk, analytics, and business teams
