Presales Network

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business and technical requirements.
• Design network solutions including LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security, and Data Center.
• Prepare technical documents such as proposals, Bill of Materials (BoM), and network architecture diagrams.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers in collaboration with the sales team.
• Work closely with technology partners and vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, MikroTik, Juniper, etc.).
• Support tender and procurement processes, including document analysis and responses to RFP/RFQ.
• Provide technical input for pricing and commercial proposals.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) or product demonstrations when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
• Fresh graduates are welcome — internship experience is a plus, technical skill must be good.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, switching, wireless).
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and presentations.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
