Work closely with the sales team, and provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
Understanding customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose security solution including solution design, scope and deliverables to clients.
Responsible for carrying out presales function in solution offerings (proposal, solution demo, presentation, PoC).
Responsible in preparing bidding documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs, Tech Spec and BoQ.
Work closely with the sales team on costing and pricing strategy.
Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in technical consultative selling of networking, application, and cloud security.
Experience with security solution such as Firewall, IPS, Data Security, XDR, Application Security, SASE, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Fraud Management, DevSecOps, OT Security, PAM, SIEM and SOAR.
Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure, cloud, and application technologies.
Experience in supporting accounts across multiple industries such as FSI, Telco, Critical Infrastructure, Manufacture.
Strong experience in security solution design and proposals.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills (in Bahasa and English).
Team-player and interpersonal skills required.
Have strong analytical skills, able to analyze complex and variative problems, and able to provide the solutions.
