Role Overview
The Pre-Sales Consultant will support the Business Development (BD) team in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution designs for IT and AI projects. This role also involves handling administrative and tender-related documentation. The ideal candidate is confident in fronting prospects, able to communicate professionally in both Indonesian and English, and eager to learn pre-sales, project coordination, and digital transformation concepts while contributing to high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the BD team in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and RFI/RFP/tender responses.
- Prepare and manage administrative papers and documents related to tenders, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
- Gather client requirements and assist in translating business needs into solution outlines.
- Coordinate with technical teams to support solution design, costing, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
- Actively front prospects and clients during meetings, presentations, and discussions in Indonesian and English.
- Maintain and update pre-sales documents, templates, and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, IT/AI solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Learn and apply basic project management processes and digital collaboration tools.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned pre-sales and administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, consulting, or related roles
- Basic understanding of IT solutions, cloud, software, or digital transformation concepts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently engage and present to prospects/clients.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail, especially for tender and proposal documentation.
- Willingness to learn Agile/Waterfall methodologies and digital project management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
