Responsibilities
Handling lead qualification, cold caling, proposal preparation and other pre-sales related tasks
Understand client business needs and map them to the company's software solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling product demos tailored to specific industries or client needs
Highlight key features, technical capabilities, and business value during presentations.
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop technical proposals and other scope-of-work documents
Ensure documentation is accurate, well-structured, and aligned with the sales pitch.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales activity data.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in QS or related field of studies.
Good understanding of workdlows, processes, and reguirements inthe construcion industy.A strong interest and understanding of BlM wil be an added
advantage.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software
Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
Strona work ethic: Team oriented, independent, fast learner, highly energetic, and results-oriented
