Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance, product demonstrations, training, and support to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide pre-sales technical solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans, and other documentation.
- Understand customer requirements and provide feedback to product and R&D teams.
- Participate in technical events, marketing activities, and keynote presentations.
- Build strong technical relationships with customers and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Pre-sales, R&D, IT Operations, or related technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Native, Containers, and DevOps.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift or related ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Background in Red Hat or Red Hat OpenShift partners is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.
