Job Description
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, or startup operations in the oil & gas industry.
- Previous experience in EPCI projects, offshore installations, pipelines, FPU/FPU/FLNG, or subsea systems.
- Experience Develop and implement Pre-Commissioning Execution Plans (PEP), procedures, and checklists.
- Experience Define system boundaries, test packs, and test requirements for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Experience in hydrostatic testing, leak testing, flushing, drying, pigging, chemical cleaning, and inerting for pipelines and process systems.
- Experience in coodination with construction and commissioning teams to ensure seamless handover of systems.
- Experience and strong knowledge of process systems, instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical pre-commissioning methods.
- Experience with offshore facilities, FPU/FPU/FLNG topsides, pipelines, and subsea systems.
- Experience in completion tracking software (ICAPS, PIMS, WinPCS, GoCompletions, etc.).
