Job Description

Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a multinational medical device company to recruit a Practice Development Manager based in Indonesia.

This role is responsible for driving territory growth, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting the expansion of business within the assigned area. The successful candidate will manage key customer accounts, identify new opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver sustainable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Provide regular market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to management.
  • Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge through continuous learning.
  • Support customer education activities, product training sessions, workshops, and business development programs.
  • Manage distributor-related activities and ensure alignment with territory objectives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and product feedback while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Contribute proactively to team performance and support broader organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles.
  • Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, territory planning, and business development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a high-performance team.
  • High integrity, strong execution capability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, expenses, and territory resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
