We are looking for a strategic and well-connected PR & Partnership Specialist to lead our public relations and partnership initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping brand perception, building meaningful collaborations, and delivering impactful brand activations across key audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute integrated PR & partnership strategies to strengthen brand positioning and awareness
- Build and nurture strong relationships with media, partners, communities, and key stakeholders
- Drive and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations with industry players, institutions, and organizations
- Plan and execute PR campaigns and brand activations (events, launches, exhibitions, CSR, collaborations) to maximize exposure and engagement
- Ensure seamless execution of PR initiatives and activations from concept to post-event evaluation
- Monitor media coverage, partnership impact, and campaign performance to continuously optimize effectiveness
What We're Looking For:
- A natural connector who thrives in building meaningful relationships and collaborations
- 5–7 years of experience in PR, Communications, Partnerships, or Brand Activation
- Proven experience in handling both strategic partnerships and on-ground activations/events
- Strong network across media, communities, and industry stakeholders is highly preferred
- A strategic yet hands on thinker, able to plan big ideas, and execute them effectively
- Comfortable using data and insights to evaluate PR and campaign performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Agile, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling PR issues or sensitive communications is a plus
