Team Development and Management: Participate in Develop and oversee team KPIs, employee skills to foster a culture of quality and improvement.
Process Quality Monitoring: Monitor and control process quality, preventing defects, and analyzing critical data to contain nonconforming products and implement corrective actions.
Quality Control Planning: Conduct and organize inspection & error prevention plans, utilizing SPC and promoting CTQ projects to systematically enhance quality control.
Product Verification and Quality Veto: Conduct thorough product verification, exercising authority to ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.
MP Disassembly Analysis: Participate disassembly efforts to analyze product performance and drive necessary improvements.
Problem Resolution: Utilize the 8D method to resolve process and market quality issues, ensuring thorough and effective solutions.
ORT Test Coordination: Oversee ORT tests, analyze results, and address abnormalities promptly to maintain product performance standards.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and control process risks to prevent potential quality issues and ensure a robust production environment.
Requirements
College degree or above, mechanical, electronic, engineering specializations are preferred.
Knowledge of Six Sigma, 8D, QC tools, and the Quality 7 tools.
Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Good communication, organizational skills, fluent English,Chinese is preferred
